My purpose is straight and simple:
“To provide insightful psychology results”.
I assist my clients to restore, improve and sustain their mental health and well-being; and to deal with their real-time life challenges.
I do this by helping them to uncover their blind spots, gain self-awareness and self-understanding, build their self-esteem and self-confidence, and take full responsibility for their lives.
In turn, this empowers them to:
- RSet ambitious and audacious goals;
- RBuild self-efficacy, competence and resilience;
- RTake positive and bold action in the face of adversity;
- RAchieve real outcomes and long-lasting results;
- REnjoy intimate relationships;
- RLive meaningful and fulfilling lives; and
- RMake better (and often previously unimaginable) decisions and choices about their personal and/or professional lives.
I also provide couples counselling, family therapy, clinical supervision, and executive/leadership coaching.
Please, feel free to browse my website to learn more about me, my work, publications and resources, and have a taste of how I could be of service and benefit to you.
I look forward to working together and helping you to achieve the results you want in your life.
Best wishes!
